How does the FLEXRATE PROGRAM work?
FlexRate is the number one choice for companies looking to reduce factoring costs as their business grows, without volume commitments or minimum fees. With FlexRate, the cost is based on the total volume of invoices factored in a given month. As your volume grows, you are automatically rewarded with lower rates for instant savings.
With FlexRate, there are absolutely no minimum account activity fees. Factor as much (or as little) according to your individual needs. As a FlexRate Client, you will receive an automated report each month clearly detailing your account activity. FlexRate adapts to suit your business needs, with rates starting as low as 0.25%. There is no minimum or maximum account size.
Allows you to factor fast-paying invoices at the lowest cost possible. Advances are generally 85-90%, with the refundable reserve to follow after payment is received from your customer.
How does the DAILY RATE PROGRAM work?
Once you activate your account with us, we will advance cash to you just as quickly as you generate freight bills from credit-approved customers. Depending on the exact program we customize for you, we'll advance you a high percentage (often 85-90%) of the face amount of your invoice. The 10-15% held back is a reserve that is mostly refundable to you.
After we receive payment from your customer, you get back the reserve minus a small fee (to be quoted) that we deduct for our services. The fee is related to the time it takes for the invoice to be paid.
With the Daily Rate Program, your effective cost will be minimal, typically just a few percentage points of the invoice.
Allows you to receive a 100% advance against each invoice, less a small fee.
How does the FULL ADVANCE PROGRAM work?
Once you activate your account with us, we will advance cash to you just as quickly as you generate freight bills from credit-approved customers. Depending on the exact program we customize for you, we'll advance 100% of the invoice less our fee (to be quoted). There is no reserve holdback, so consequently there is no reserve refund. You'll know in advance exactly what your cost is; it couldn't be simpler!
