YEEEHAW! This is Randy Goddard. I’m the guy who’s been writing all the articles you find on Freight Capital. I have a bit of a history with this company because I’m a customer. My dad was a truck driver and ever since I was a boy I wanted to be just like him. When I was 16 I bought the biggest pickup that I could find and when I graduated high school I was more excited to train as a trucker than to go to the beach with my friends. I’ve been a professional trucker for 25 years.

One afternoon while having lunch with a few truckers, I was discussing how long it takes for my company’s clients to pay our company. One of my buddies who has significant stock in his company let me know about Freight Capital which sounded like one heck of a service to me. I checked them out and started getting money in my pocket a lot sooner. This made it easier to pay all my bills and even helped me afford to take a vacation with my wife, leaving our kids behind. After years of phone calls, e-mails and even the occasional written letter, Freight Capital and I developed a relationship. They must have felt I was particularly articulate because they told me they were looking to start adding more content to their website and that they would love for me to write it. Trucking is demanding, but Freight Capital made it so much easier. How could I say no?

Outside of trucking and writing I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two boys. I am a car enthusiast and I’m working on restoring a classic 1976 Chevy Camaro in my garage. I also love grilling outside. Summer barbecues are the best.
